Offering support in times of anxiety and uncertainty

We all have times in our life when things can feel overwhelming. This can be due to a multitude of different things; our relationships, issues with work, feelings and fears about belonging, feelings of existential anxiety, past experiences having an effect on us in the present, or sometimes we experience feelings we don't even really understand; we feel anxious, depressed or angry for reasons we can't point to or fully comprehend. Exploring the feelings that arise from these experiences can help to make sense of what’s going on for you.

I offer a perceptive and warm space that can help you to process painful and anxious feelings and experiences, without fear of judgement. I've worked with people facing a variety of challenges and issues. Including but not limited to, anxiety and depression, sexual trauma, relationship issues, workplace stress, parental problems (including pregnancy and post-natal), and bereavement and loss. We will work together to help you process what's going on for you.

Session wise, we can work together in a short term or a long term way. You may not know at this stage what might feel right for you. This is a conversation that can continue throughout our work to ensure you're getting what you want from therapy.

When working face to face, I work out of two welcoming spaces in Peckham (near Peckham Rye station). I work face to face on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. I can offer online or phone sessions Monday-Thursday
