Therapy is a unique space. It's a place that's different from our relationships with family and friends and can therefore offer the opportunity to explore feelings and experiences that can be difficult to talk about or process in our day to day lives.
Deciding to access therapy can be a challenging and daunting place to be. I offer a safe, non-judgemental and collaborative space for us to explore what you're facing right now at your own pace. There is no right or wrong way to have therapy and it will look and feel different for everyone.

Meeting for an initial session

From here, we’ll meet for an initial 50 minute session at a reduced cost, for you to get a sense of whether you’ll feel comfortable working with me.
Forming a therapeutic relationship

If we decide to continue to work together, we’ll meet weekly, either short term or longer term, to continue to explore and process what’s going on for you.
